I totally agree and I can suggest you take a look at their PMP design and good ideas before you do.
You may find some helpful tips and details.

My advice is go directly to a contractor, can consider Aspire Renovation & Design Pte Ltd. Highly recommended after I have personally seen what they have done to my house.

Generally carpenter will secure built in cupboards to walls. But likely flooring will have difference in colour tone. Maybe u need change flooring for ur bedroom so it will not affect the appearance

What kind of flooring you prefer? My 3 bedrooms + kitchen filled with evoherf already. It can be just overlay without hacking needed. That's why it is very common using in Singapore.

I think the origin of the product is not important. It is important that you are satisfied with the quality of the product and the colour n design of product? Actually, many products we use are made in China.

That time I sign up with them the sales person tell me it is not made in China but manufactured in China. That guy served me very sincere & patient answering all my queries.
